Herbed Balsamic Vinaigrette

Use this balsamic vinaigrette to dress practically any green salad or to baste grilled vegetables. It's a perfect dip for steamed artichokes, too.

    Ingredients: 
    • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
    • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
    • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    • 2/3 cup olive oil
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Method: 

    Combine garlic, parsley and vinegar in a medium bowl. Whisk in olive oil until smooth, then season with salt and pepper.
