Horseradish Cream Sauce

Spoon a bit of this decadent sauce over roasted fish, roast beef or steamed veggies.

    Ingredients: 
    • 1/2 cup chilled heavy cream
    • 2 tablespoons prepared white horseradish
    • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

    Method: 

    In a chilled bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Stir in horseradish and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
