Lone Star Dry Rub

To use, spoon some of the dry rub onto a plate and lightly dredge cuts of meat, fish, poultry, tofu or tempeh in rub before grilling or broiling.

  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chile powder
  • 1 tablespoon powdered mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon celery salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried lemon peel
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon white pepper
