Mango-Sake Sling

Try blending up an easy batch of this mango, cherry and sake drink for your next cocktail hour. Make ahead, if you like, adding the sparkling water just before serving for perfect bubbles. For a nonalcoholic version, substitute water or apple juice for the sake.

Ingredients

    1 smallmango, diced (about 1 cup)
    2 cupschilled mild sake (about 2/3 of a 720ml bottle)
    1/2 cuppitted fresh (or frozen) cherries
    Zest and juice of 1 lime
    1 1/2 cupschilled sparkling water

Combine mango, sake, cherries, lime juice and zest in a blender and puree.


Pour into a pitcher and add sparkling water just before serving.
