Toasted whole grain bread, topped with sweet-salty homemade tahini spread, is a great match for crisp cucumbers and vibrant, fresh sprouts.

Ingredients

    1/4 cuptahini
    1 cup (4-ounce)canned mandarin oranges, drained and finely chopped
    1 tablespoonrice vinegar
    2 teaspoonsmellow white miso
