Ingredients

    1 package (20-ounce)frozen jasmine rice, heated
    1 can (15-ounce)black beans, drained, rinsed and heated
    1 cupgrated cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
    1 1/2 cupschopped iceberg lettuce
    1 cupchopped tomato
    1yellow onion, chopped
    1 cupsalsa
    1avocado, sliced
    1/2 cupsour cream
    Sliced pickled or fresh jalapeños (optional)
    4flour tortillas, warmed
