Strawberry Lassi

Icy, yogurt-based lassi is a favorite refresher in India. Sometimes made with mango, this delicious version uses strawberries.

Ingredients

    1 cupnonfat plain yogurt
    2 cupsstrawberries
    2 tablespoonshoney
    1 cupice cubes
    1/2 cupnonfat (0%) milk
    Few pinches ground cardamom

Method

Combine yogurt, strawberries and honey in a blender and pulse until strawberries are puréed. 


Add ice and milk and blend until smooth. 


Pour into 2 tall glasses and garnish with cardamom.
