Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 pound strawberries, hulled and finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (seeded, if desired)
Method
In a large bowl, toss together strawberries, lime juice, salt, green onions and peppers.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
