    1 smallcarrot, shredded (about 1/2 cup)
    1 smallbanana, peeled
    3/4 cupraspberries
    1/2 cuplow-fat plain yogurt
    1/2 cupunsweetened vanilla almondmilk
    1/2 mediumorange, peeled and seeded
    1/4 cuprolled oats

Method

In a blender, combine carrot, banana, raspberries, yogurt, almondmilk, orange and oats, and blend until very smooth. Pour into two tall glasses and enjoy.
