Prosciutto, Blue Cheese and Date Wraps

Makes 40 pieces

The combo of creamy blue cheese, sweet dates and salty prosciutto is irresistible.

Ingredients

20 Medjool or seasonal dates
1 container Whole Creamery Blue Cheese Crumbles
10 thin slices prosciutto, sliced in quarters
365 Everyday Value Balsamic Vinegar
40 toothpicks

Method

Pit and halve dates and stuff with blue cheese crumbles. Wrap each date half in a piece of prosciutto. Secure with a toothpick or bamboo skewer. Grill 30 to 45 seconds per side, then drizzle with reduced 365 Everyday Value Balsamic Vinegar (simmer until thick and syrupy).
