Chocolate and Peanut Monkey Shake

Serves 2

This refreshing milkshake makes the most of our favorite trio of sweet flavors: chocolate, peanut butter and bananas.

Ingredients

2 cups chocolate soy milk
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1 banana
4 ice cubes
Dash nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Pour in a tall glass and enjoy.
