Peach Papaya Shake

Serves 2

Adding silken tofu to this fruit shake explains its extra-creamy texture. Make sure to pour into glasses and serve immediately, since it's best when cold.

Ingredients

8 ounces frozen peaches
1/2 cup all-fruit peach juice
1/2 cup peeled, seeded and sliced papaya
1/2 package silken tofu

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
