Delivery at River Street!
Do you get carried away when you shop at our beautiful store? Want to take advantage of our fantastic case discounts? Can't fit a case of water on your bike? These are just a few of the reasons you need to know about our store’s Delivery Service! Just come in and shop at your convenience and our Delivery Team will deliver your groceries ($50 minimum order) to your home or office between 11:30am - 7:00pm Tuesday-Sunday. Delivery fee* varies according to location within our delivery area, shown below.

Delivery Details:
- Delivery is from 11:30am-7:00pm, Tuesday-Sunday
- You must request a delivery by 6pm
- You can request a delivery window and we will make every effort to accommodate it
- $50 minimum order required for delivery
- Additional fee of $5-$20 for delivery depending on your zone (orders over $250 include free delivery)
- Please note we cannot deliver alcoholic products
Personal Shopping at River Street!
Refrigerator empty and no time to shop? Last minute guests? Want to give a helpful gift to new parents? Want to fill your office pantry? Then our Personal Shoppers can help! We can even set up a weekly delivery based on your shopping list. Our Personal Shoppers will take the time to learn what you like, how much time you have, and what fits into your budget. Best of all, you can be sure that the products you are purchasing are the highest quality products available.
Details for personal shopping are as follows:
- Personal shopping is available Tuesday-Friday
- Orders must be received by 3pm for same day delivery or pickup. If after 3pm, orders will be ready the next day personal shopping is available
- Orders must be recieved by email (na.riverstreet.deliveryteam@wholefoods.com) either attached to the email or in the body of the email
- Please include your first and last names, today's date and your phone number in the email.
- Please note if your order is to be delivered, and if so, please include your address with zipcode
- When making your shopping list, it is helpful if you can group like items together (for example fruits and veggies, dairy and cheeses)
- Please be as specific as possible with your shopping list. Please note specific brands, sizes and if you prefer organic or conventional items
- A $50 minimum is required for personal shopping and a $10 fee will be applied to each personal shopping order
- Delivery fees are the same as listed above
- While orders over $250 have the delivery fee waived, the personal shopping fee will still apply
- We accept payment via credit cards
- A customer service supervisor will contact you once your order is shopped to obtain your credit card information
