We are transitioning our Marketing Directors at this time. As a result, ALL donation and sponsorship dollars are spoken for until June 1, 2013. Please feel free to submit requests for events, donations & sponsorships after that time.
DONATIONS & SPONSORSHIPS
We love to live up to our Core Value - Supporting our Communities and the Environment. And as a company, Whole Foods Market is committed to our customers, our team members, and our community and we strive to play an active, positive role in them. When possible, we make donations to some of the vital non-profit groups in our community. If your non-profit organization is interested in a donation or an event sposnroship, please fill out the form below. Please note, THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT IN ITS ENTIRETY AT LEAST 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT OR YOUR EVENT DEADLINE. Although we would like to support every worthwhile cause, due to the volume of applications, it is not possible for Whole Foods Market to fulfill every request.
5% COMMUNITY GIVINGDAYS
Once a Quarter (or four times a year), we host a Community Giving Day. For one day only 5% of the day's sales are donated back to a worthy nonprofit.
Whole Foods Market is proud to give back to the community! Four times a year, each store sets aside a day on which 5% of that store’s sales is contributed to a local 501(c)3 non-profit organization. You might be asking, “With so many incredible nonprofits in the Birmingham-area, how does Whole Foods Market - Mtn. Brook decide who gets to reap the benefits of a 5% Day?” Well, it’s not easy! First, your group MUST possess and provide us a copy of a 501(c)3 letter verifying that you are a tax exempt non-profit organization. Second, fill out the application—give us as much information as you can! We want to help, but we want to help a group that is going to benefit the most from a contribution, and that will put the funds to good use. (We also want you to work equally as hard as we will in promoting and getting the word out about your group leading up to 5% Day, so slackers need not apply.) Finally, our Team Members vote on the submitted applications and majority wins!
