Each Whole Foods store is working with our community to raise awareness and provide education on healthy eating. From cooking classes and presentations at local community facilities to partnerships with fitness clubs and community centers, our team is offering tips on how to get the most nutrients out of your meal and your dollar.
Inside the store, Whole Foods Market is running Healthy Eating tours to highlight wholesome choices in each department, providing one-on-one guidance to shoppers looking to make changes, offering a library of educational resources and showcasing recipes which use nutrient dense foods to give you the most nutrients per bite.
Additionally, each store has a Healthy Eating Specialist devoted to helping customers take charge of their health and make better shopping decisions.
Health Starts Here is perfect for anyone who wants to take charge, eat well and feel great while enjoying food that is delicious and nutritious. This approach to everyday eating can help improve or maintain optimal health no matter your dietary path. We all say we want to eat healthier, but many of us don’t know how. We are offering simple approaches to follow.
