First the Aztecs and Mayans enjoyed it. Then the Spaniards were enchanted by it. Finally, everyone in Europe fell in love with it. Yes, we’re talking about chocolate! Chocolate bars, frothy cocoa drinks, chocolate-flavored cakes…we love chocolate. In this class, we’ll make Double Chocolate Brownies Sweetened with Maple, Chocolate Crepes with Chocolate Whipped Cream & Berries, Instant Tropical Chocolate Fruit Kebabs, and Dates Stuffed with Chocolate, Bacon & Almonds. Any and all of these are perfect for dinner guests, your family, or as a special treat just for you.  All dishes are gluten-free.  Please call the Birmingham Community House at (248) 644-5832 to register for this class.
