COOKING CLASS: Risotto Workshop

Risotto is NOT difficult to make! Once you get the “feel” for it, the possibilities are limitless.

We’ll make the classic with Arborio, as well as farroto with variations.

On the menu: risotto Milanese, wild mushroom  risotto, roasted beet farotto.
