Awards for Best pie and Cupcake

The festival takes place at 8th Street, Southeast, below Pennsylvania Avenue celebrating DC residents’ agricultural, culinary, crafty, and artistic talents! We’ll be at the DC State Fair judging the three best pies and the three best cupcake recipes! Winning Pie and Cupcake recipes will have an opportunity to be featured for a week at Whole Foods Market P Street. See you at the Fair!
