Join Courtney, our Healthy Eating Specialist as she leads an Engine 2 Diet 28 Day Challenge.  The Engine 2 Diet book was written by Rip Esselstyn, a former firefighter, and now Healthy Eating Ambassador for Whole Foods Market.  Individuals following the Engine 2 program adopt a whole food, nutrient dense way of eating that includes lots of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds.  The Engine 2 plan can help you to maintain a normal weight, lower your cholesterol, and increase overall energy and well-being.  Each week you will be provided with food logs, shopping tips, and have the opportunity to taste recipes from The Engine 2 Diet book!
