During Week 1, we will be focusing on label reading. Join your Healthy Eating Specialist as you tour the store for healthy options and hunt for important information found on nutrition labels.
Week 2: Forks Over Knives Movie Night

Stay motivated through Week 2 with a screening of the firm Forks Over Knives. We will also showing you how to create a healthy plant-strong pizza for this dinner and a movie style evening!
Week 3: Engine 2 Culinary Demonstration
