Engine 2 28 Day Challenge Weekly Meetings

During the month of February, Whole Foods Market Scottsdale is teaching how to be plant-strong on the Engine 2 Diet 28-day challenge! The Engine 2 Diet consists of eating foods that are minimally processed and plant-based and have successfully helped people lower their cholesterol, high blood pressure or lose excess pounds.
