Free Core Power Yoga

Core Power’s Introduction to Power Yoga is a perfect class for beginners.  Individual postures are broken down and demonstrated with a deliberately paced flow, emphasizing alignment and breath.  This is an interactive class where students are encouraged to ask questions and explore new postures as they are ready.  It’s a great place to begin your Core Power Yoga journey.
