
50-70 million people in the US suffer from sleep or wakefulness disorder. The National Departments of Transportation estimates drowsy driving to be responsible for 1550 fatalities and 40,000 non-fatal injuries. Dr. Ric will discuss how he encourages patients to fight disease with better sleep hygiene. The basic foundations of proper circadian rhythm will be elaborated and he will share his 'Saguil Approach-Sleep Protocol'. Dr. Saguil relies on yoga, breath awareness meditation, aromatherapy, supplements, nutrition, and when necessary, prescription medicines.
