Drought got you down? Go native! Native plants are low maintenance (no watering needed– except during establishment),
better for your health (no need for copious amounts of cancer-causing chemicals), saves you money and time (from yard work), and helps beneficial insects (like butterflies), birds and other wildlife! Join INPAWS volunteers (Indiana Native Plant & Wildflower Society) to learn how you can include native plants in your yard, how to identify them, learn the parts of a plant and the connection with butterflies. Kids and adults can also have fun with a large, tabletop puzzle.
