
Lead by Jessi, our Healthy Eating Specialist, this class will feature a small workshop where you can set your own goals (worksheets will be provided but feel free to bring your own journal or calendar), then we will make a variety of meals/snacks that avoid some of our biggest obstacles to reaching our goals, such as time, money, and temptation!
