Health Starts Here Cooking Class: Simple Soups

In this class, we’ll start with the basics of making a nutritious and flavorful soup, beginning with learning how to make chicken and vegetable stocks. Next, we’ll explore four different soups—Hearty Chicken & Rice, Lentil Stew, Carrot Ginger, and Vietnamese Pho, using the stocks as our base. Attendees will enjoy a demonstration of each recipe from start to finish, tasting portions of each dish, and copies of all of the recipes.
