Little Tokyo Sake & Tofu Tasting will be a unique evening featuring an assortment of sake from around the world and hors d'oeuvres from Los Angeles’ top restaurants. Guests will enjoy an evening of strolling down the “old and new streets of Japan” and experience the tastes and smells of the traditional summer outdoor festivals.  For those of you familiar with the 12-year run of LTSC’s Tofu Festival, you will relive this iconic feature in some of the dishes, as we are reviving the tofu theme for this year’s event! Sake experts will provide education on sake and food pairings.  The event will be held at the beautiful Vibiana LA and benefits the programs of Little Tokyo Service Center. Ticket price includes admission to the main event and sake and food tasting.  The main event will take place July 19, 2012 from 7 pm until 10 pm. Get your tickets early as this event always sells out.
