Chad is a Ft. Worth product whose grandfather William "Cotton" Pope played the trumpet with Porter Wagoner and Boots Randolph. His father was harmonica / singer with Mason Ruffner and James Taylor. Chad has played alongside legends Buddy Miles and a short tour run with Robert Earl Keane. Other bands and personal projects include Hot Cotton, Miss Molly, Wendy Colonna, Daddies JuJu and most recently Buggaboo.
