Meet the Butcher

Our Meat Department will teach a class twice in October, celebrating the intricacies of their craft. They’ll show customers how to purchase the best cuts, for flavor, value, tenderness and more. They’ll also incorporate those cuts into recipes so that you can see the perfect application for your family.
