You’ll learn to take simple sauces to a new level while sampling  two wines with your meal. Menu: Pan Seared Scallop and Asparagus with Beurre Blanc, Steak with Red Wine Mushroom Sauce and Duchess Potatoes, Chocolate Fondue.  (Wine Glass- 21 & Older)
