Moroccan Cooking Class with Chef Ana Sortun, Oleana Restaurant

Cited as one of the country’s “best creative fusion practitioners” join 2005 James Beard Foundation Best Chef:  Northeast Ana Sortun of Oleana Restaurant, Cambridge, MA for a fun demonstration class, featuring her favorite Moroccan Chicken.  Each participant will leave the class with an understanding of the flavors of Moroccan cuisine and a selection from Chef Ana’s latest passion project – her newly released Chef Sets which will allow you to easily recreate Ana’s inspired dishes in your own kitchen.
