Fatty Fish…better for you than you think!

Fatty fish, such as salmon, sardines, black cod and trout, deliver omega-3 fatty acids, which are the primary components of brain tissue and are vital for brain and visual development. Years of research have also shown that people who eat fish more frequently enjoy better heart health. The American Heart Association agrees, recommending that people eat two servings of fatty fish a week to maintain heart health.
