Do we Satisfy and Delight You?
by columbus, February 27, 2009 | Permalink
Be gentle on me Columbus, it’s my first time…blogging that is, at least on our Whole Foods Market Columbus site. I’m Kathleen Tozzi, one of the Assistant Store Team Leaders (that’s Assistant Store Manager in Whole Food’s speak) here in the Columbus, Ohio store. And, as you can probably see, this whole blog action is still a bit new to us. Not every Whole Foods even has one yet. But, we’re really excited about it here in the store—and looking for your feedback.
Satisfying and delighting our customers is one of our Core Values. What? Not familiar with our Core Values? Click http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/values/index.phpand check them out. We’re very proud of them. I’m sure you’ll see me cyber-chatting about them in future blogs. J But right now we want to know YOU! Who you are, what you think, what you’re looking for, what you need, and what you wouldn’t ever want us to change. It’s important. And we’re ready to hear it.
So, maybe, what I’m trying to say is: Don’t be gentle on us Columbus. Tell us what you really think. We’re listening to your voice (or reading your words in this particular case). And we can’t wait to hear what you have to say! Come…blog with us!
Would you like your voice heard in person? Stop by, give us a call (614-760-5556) or join our Customer Connection Group. The first meeting is coming up soon with one every few months to follow. We’d love to see you here!

Coming in March…we’re scheduled to receive our first shipment of all-natural, humanely raised OHIO beef! This is a truly momentous occasion for Whole Foods Market Dublin and for the cattlemen of Ohio. There are several reasons why you should consider buying Ohio-raised beef:
- Supports Ohio family farms and local communities
- Provides absolute traceability to the farm
- Support sustainable agriculture through humane animal treatment
- Never EVER…
- Never given growth hormones
- Never administered antibiotics
- Never fed animal by-products
- Never cloned…never EVER.

Whole Foods Market’s First Annual Bridal Show
by columbus, February 11, 2009 | Permalink
Last Saturday, we hosted our first ever bridal show and it was a hit! We got to meet with amazing brides, grooms and their entourage. We were able to share with them all of the great services Whole Foods Market Dublin offers for the big day: floral design, jewelry, wedding day makeup service, wedding cakes and favors and catering. We also made several partnerships with three great local vendors, Jim Sanders of Jim Sanders Photography, jewelry designer Jesse with Professor Rabbit’s Mystical Oddities, and Linda, Carole, and Eugene of Flute Cocktail. Thanks to each of them for their contribution to this inaugural event!
