Consider introducing a trio of basic dietary supplements:
- A high quality multi-vitamin ensures a baseline level of nutrition, which is very important when you can’t control what your children are eating during the day.
- Probiotics found in yogurt or acidophilus tablets are natural bacteria that act as digestive aids.
- EFAs from flaxseed oil, nuts and seeds may enhance brain function in some children.
