FEED Bag Sale
by oakville, October 5, 2009 | Permalink
What’s not to love about a sale, a cool bag, and nourishing the lives of over 100 children? FEED Projects was started in 2006 when acclaimed model and activist Lauren Bush designed a bag to benefit the United Nations World Food program’s (WFP) School Feeding operations. Lauren, a WFP Honorary Spokesperson who has visited eight WFP food aid operations around the world, was inspired by the plight of the people she met on her travels. The goal of FEED Projects is to market and sell as many FEED 100 bags as possible and to FEED and educate the world’s 400 million hungry children. Do your part and buy a bag! They’re on sale for $10 while supplies last.

Whole Foods used to carry a canvas bag which would fold into a zippered pouch at their stores but no longer do.
Is there any possibility of ordering them from you? I thought they would make wonderful Christmas presents.
Thank you,
Nancy
