Continued diet success

I had forgotten how much I enjoyed eating high protein grains such as quinoa, amaranth, oat groats, and brown rice. They take a little longer to prepare since they must be soaked overnight to remove the phytic acid, but it is totally worth it. I’m feeling better by the moment as I continue to detoxify things from my body.-Brett
