Join us Sunday for our Grass Fed Beef Event
by Megan, April 4, 2009 | Permalink
If you’re free on Sunday make sure to stop by Whole Foods Market Bridgeport as we will be hosting our Grass Fed Beef Event! Those who made it in today and had the privilage of experiencing today’s Sustainable Seafood Event will get more of the same Sunday from 12-3!
Grass-fed beef provides cleaner water, less soil erosion, enhances and maintains landscape and is lower in fat and higher in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids than conventional beef. We’ll also have information on Country National Beef, our partner in supplying safe and heathly food for our families.
Chef Gayle will be serving seared sirloin with arugula, parmigiano-reggiano, and oven roasted tomatoes while Chef Amy welcomes all with her ancho and cocoa fajitas. We’ll have wine samples as well as some great information to pass along!
See you Sunday!
