Our Whole Eating. Whole Living. workshop series in its fourth week and this Wednesday, January 28th, we’re featuring “Cooking for the New Year with Chef Augusto.” Join Chef Augusto and learn how to eat well for less with easy, nutritious and budget-friendly recipes to please the whole family. Here’s a sneak peek of the menu:
Appetizer of organic goat cheese on a roasted, marinated Roma tomato and garnished with fresh organic herbs and organic olive oil.
Salad of raw en crudites of organic broccoli, red peppers and green cabbage in an organic miso tofu dressing.
Main course featuring Arctic Char Enpapillote with a roasted cilantro pumpkin seed pesto served with organic kale on a bed of organic brown rice.
This January 28th workshop is from 5:30 - 7 p.m. and costs $10. Samples and recipes will be provided. Please register at Customer Service.
