Looking for some tasty take home prepared foods or would you prefer to dine in our spacious 150 seat in-store cafe with free WiFi? The choice is yours as we have all sorts of wonderful dining options for you. Here’s a taste of what’s available this week. Menus are subject to change based on availability of ingredients and our chefs’ inspiration!
Salad Bar
Coffee Roaster Bar
Opens at 8:00am daily to ease you into your busy day with a energizing java jolt. Choose from a selection of hot drinks (latte, cappuccino, freshly ground coffee of the day, chai, hot chocolate) cold beverages (iced latte, iced mocha, iced chai, iced coffee and iced tea), blended beverages (blended espresso, raspberry blended latte, dark mocha, matcha tea), tea sparklers (wildberry or citrus mint) and smoothies (northwest berry, strawberry banana, pineapple paradise, mango tropics, peach pear plus or strawberry).
Our coffee roaster bar also sells fresh bakery items, sandwiches, and parfaits.

Our soup bar in the Prepared Foods area has 12 delicious hot soups everyday. Soup Bar Prices:

Hummus & Salsa Bar
Located in our Produce area, our hummus bar is the place for hummus, salsa and fresh veggies chopped daily so all you have to do is enjoy it! Hummus Bar is $5.99 per lb

Our Green Essentials salad bar is a wonderful vegetarian offering where we provide a plethora of tasty greens and healthy salad ingredients and you become your own architect of your masterpiece.

Signature Salad Bar
Looking for some delicious protein packed salads? You will love our signature salad bar with offerings such as Spicy Shrimp Salad, Mediterranean Chicken Salad, Curried Wheatberry Salad, Lemon Mint Chickpeas, and Citrus Kamut.

Hot Bar
We offer a rotation of hot and delicious entree and sides each week on our hot bar. $7.99 per lb
Smokehouse Bar
Our in-house smoker in our meat department is churning out fresh smoked meats daily that will rock your taste buds. Like Kansas city style barbeque? We offer Kansas City Pulled Pork, Chicken Wings, and Spareribs. Garlic Pepper Chopped Brisket or Garlic Pepper Chicken Wings are always a hit. We’ve got Garlic Pepper Quartered Chicken and a nice Mild Italian Sausage dish to boot. We haven’t forgotten that good barbeque needs good sides so we have mashed potatoes, collard greens, macaroni and cheese, baked beans and mushroom green bean casserole.

Pizza Station
We love to make pizzas and calzones in our new hearth baked oven for our customers. Our selection of pizzas changes daily, but usually includes a four cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, Greek pizza and a grilled vegetable pizza among 6 or 7 pizza offerings. We offer three breakfast pizzas each morning from 8:30am to 10:30am including a breakfast pizza with toppings that change daily, a potato cheddar pizza, and a breakfast BLT pizza. We are also offering a specialty pizza du jour with the following schedule:
Mondays – Chili Cheese Pizza
Tuesdays – No pizza du jour due to the high volume at our pizza counter with the Tuesday Buy One Pizza, Get One Free Deal

Fresh burgers, hot dogs, crab cakes and breakfast sandwiches hot off the grill? Look no further than Flips. We have all sorts of burger options including veggie burgers, burgers made with local beef from Springfield Farms ground fresh daily, and a burger special of the week. Hot Dogs are also excellent on their own, or with some chili and/or cheese on top. We know Annapolitans love their fresh Jumbo Lump Crabcakes, and we may be a little biased but we think ours are the best in town! We have fresh hot hand cut fries to go with your sandwich, or potato salad and coleslaw as well. Our breakfast sandwiches start your day off the right way and include a Croque Madame, BLT with Egg, and Sausage,Egg and Cheese.

Seafood Salad Bar
Take a stroll through our fine seafood department and smack dab in the center you’ll find our Seafood Salad Bar, featuring a rotation of fresh seafood salad and steamed shrimp. Seafood Salad Bar is $9.99 per lb
Genji Sushi Bar
Stop by for some of the freshest, most delicious sushi in town. Genji’s sushi chefs create wonderful sushi rolls and sashimi daily. They are happy to put together your favorite combination for you and have many wonderful items in their case besides sushi including seaweed salad, edamame beans, fresh spring rolls, dumplings, and calamari salad.
