Developed by Rip Esselstyn, son of cardiac hero, Caldwell Esselstyn, The Engine 2 Diet is a great way to jumpstart your journey to achieving optimal health. Over the span of four weeks plus a graduation week and celebration dinner, you’ll learn how to eat better and feel better with the help of our resident Healthy Eating Specialist, Susan Alvarez Vineta. Welcome to Whole Foods Market Aventura. We are proud to offer the highest quality organic and natural foods in the Miami-Dade area. Each day our Team Members strive to provide the best customer service to ensure each customer has an unforgettable shopping experience.
With South Florida being known as a melting pot of cultures, it is no surprise that our store provides a wide selection of tropical produce, and ethnic foods. Each day our prepared foods department boasts a selection of more than 100 items including a variety of ethnic dishes. The diversity of our customers is mirrored in our team members who hail from such places as Haiti, the Bahamas, Cuba, Jamaica, Guatemala, Peru, Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Dominican Republic, Columbia, Belize, Uzbekistan, and others.
Our store is committed to making contributions to our community through partnerships with local schools and non-profit organizations. In recent months our Team Members have volunteered at the annual Ocean Watch Reef Sweep and Beach Cleanup and the Miami-Dade Humane Society. They are currently working with other community leader to help build a butterfly garden at Madie Ives Elementary School this fall.
