The Arabella Station, Baton Rouge, and Veterans stores donated five percent of their Wednesday, April 25^th net sales to the Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana (CRCL). Thanks to you, we raised more than $17,600!!!

Founded in 1988, the CRCL protects and rebuilds the Louisiana coast by implementing restoration projects, coordinating volunteerism, advising policymakers and educating the public about the issue of coastal wetlands loss in Louisiana.  CRCL is a coalition of residents, sportsmen, business owners, governmental officials, scientists, students and people of all walks of life with an interest in the future of our coast.  For more information on how to help preserve and restore the Louisiana coast, visit www.crcl.org.

One of Whole Foods Market core values is to give back to communities in which team members work and live. Once a quarter, Whole Foods Market holds 5% Day in support of non-profit organizations and their contribution to the community. To be considered for this opportunity, please complete and return the application.

For donations, we ask for eight to ten weeks notice with proof of the 501c3 non-profit status. Please complete and return the donation form to batonrougedonations@wholefoods.com. Our donation & 5% Day application forms can also be picked up at the Guest Services Desk in any of our Louisiana stores.
