  • In Kind Donations
If you are looking for a donation of Whole Foods Market products or gift cards for a 501c3 non-profit organization or a school, please fill out the following form:
  • 5% Day
Every three months, we host a 5% Day, where 5% of our total proceeds from the day go to a specified non-profit organization or school.  If you would like to apply for this type of donation, please fill out the following form:
  • Bag Credit Donations
Every time a shopper brings their own reusable bag to shop with, we give them the opportunity to donate their 10 cent bag credit to one of three non-profit organizations.  We collect for these organizations for three months at a time.  If you are interested in applying for this type of donation, please fill out the following form:
