  Attention Customers: Please note the below important info in regards to the city of San Jose's new Single -Use Bag Ordinance starting January 1st, 2012:

  Starting January 1st, 2012, In accordance with the City of  San Jose ” Single-Use Bag Ordinance”, all Grocery Stores must charge 10 cents per paper bag. Customers purchasing food with WIC and Cal Fresh “food stamps” will be provided with a paper bag at no cost for 2 years.
