I would LOVE to have the recipe for the Garlicky Kale salad you have on the salad bar. I have searched the recipes on the website, but cannot find it.

    Thanks!

    Hi Laura,
The Garlicky Kale is by far one of my favorite foods! I will look into this for you, although I know it is a mixture of a garlic/tahini dressing and a few other ingredients. I have recreated something at home that is similar using tahini, minced garlic (from a jar-no oil), lemon juice, tamari, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, and a little warm water. I will look into this for you.
    Thanks for the comment!

I second this request. I had my first visit to the store in Orlando yesterday & sampled some of this salad. It was scrumptious.

    I’ll check back later.
    Thank-you!

We are both Registered Nurses and are trying to eat more vegetarian dishes and be healthier in our diets and teach our patients to do the same.

Today my wife and I tried and loved the Kale with Tahini dressing, HSH Superfood salad and the Red Quinoa Salad.

Would really love to have the recipes, would that be possible?

Actually, I’m just scared of the health care situation http://reallycheaphealthinsurance.com/health-care-reform-may-create-new-gaps-in-medical-services/ which brings me to extremely nutritious food like Kale. I’m a Kale and Seet Potato fan and avoid meet most days of the week.

I’m also looking for the Garlicky Kale dressing recipe. I know they serve the dressing on the side as well and call it “Zesty Tahini Dressing”, but I’d love to create the dish at home. :)

    Hi Jaime,

Because we make this in our own Prepared Foods kitchen in the store and in large quantities, we are unable to share the recipe. We DO sell a similar dressing in our Pre-Pack section across from the salad bar on occasion. You can also google it and find that some customers have recreated it at home! Thanks for your comment!
