STORE TEAM LEADER: Coby Reinhardt
Like many customers I see every day, I’ve shopped at Whole Foods Market since it was Bread and Circus. I started at Whole Foods Market in 1995 as a cashier in the Newton store and I love that I still see customers today who came through my line then. I’ve seen kids grow up, food trends come and go, but what I love about working here are the things that don’t change: dedicated team members, focused on service, who strive to excel and make the store better today than it was yesterday and customers who love what we do and inspire us each day to come to work with a smile on our face. Thank you for the opportunity to be your neighborhood grocer and please feel free to contact me directly if there is anything we can do to make shopping here a better experience for you.

MEET OUT LOCAL FORAGER: Kate Shannon
Hey there. I’m Kate, and I’m the Local Forager at the Whole Foods Market in Brighton.
I live down the road from the store, but I grew up in the Midwest and came here by way of a small town in southwestern France. A year in the land of bread and cheese cemented my love of food, and I followed up that year abroad with a culinary arts program in Boston. Absence has only made my heart grow fonder of Chicago-style hotdogs and Wisconsin cheese curds, but I’ve found plenty of New England treasures to fill the void.
In addition to slinging cheese behind the counter in the Specialty Department, I’m taking on the role of the store’s Local Forager. Whether you’re a baker looking to sell your homemade cracker or a customer hoping to throw an all-Local dinner party, I’m your gal. In addition to answering questions, I’ll be working behind the scenes to find the best, most exciting local products and get them on our shelves.

The Whole Foods Market Green Mission Team works within the store to reach out to Team Members and Customers about environmental awareness and our impact on the planet. From emphasizing recycling to composting and energy awareness, Green Mission continues to grow by serving the store and community, making small changes with large impacts.
MEET THE TEAM…
Allyn Howe (Lt. Customer Service) Allyn has been with Whole Foods Market since 2007 on the Customer Service Team and has been involved with the Green Mission for about two years. In his free time, Allyn enjoys working out, spending time with his wife and dog, Pocky. Before arriving at WFM, Allyn was a Peace Corps Volunteer and has a passion for sustainability.
Ryan Reynolds (Grocery Sub Team Elite Specialist StrikeForce 1,000) A long time eco warrior with a passion for the forest and the beach, Ryan battles the streets with his trusty bicycle, reminding people that peace can be accomplished on two wheels. Ryan has served as an alternative energy guide wherever he goes, whether in deforestation protests or for fuel education. He hopes to create a cleaner world for the future, today. He can usually be found sculpting clay, riding his bike or nunchuking at the beach.
