<p><strong>Ingredients:<br />
</strong>2 large black radishes<br />
Fig infused vinegar</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<p>Preheat the oven to 210°C </p>
<p>Wash and scrub the radishes.  <strong>Slice</strong> the radishes thinly (I use a mandoline) - very thin slices will be more chip-like &#8211; and put the slices on a baking sheet on parchment paper. Bake for 25 min and check to see if they are crispy.</p>
<p>Drizzle a little vinegar.  Serve warm, as an appetizer or a side.</p>

1/3 cup walnuts<br />

½ teaspoon salt<br />
black pepper to taste</p>
<p><strong>Method</strong>:<br />
Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend until cumbly.  Keeps for up to one week in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.</p>
