• Floral Department with plenty of gorgeous local as well as Whole Trade bouquets to choose from. Want to custom wrap your floral purchases? No problem, we can do that for you at no extra cost.
• Bulk foods aisle, save on packaging and buy only as much as you need. We carry grains, beans, nuts, oats, trail mixes and more!
• Seafood Department with great selections of crab cakes, skewers and fresh, sustainably farmed  fish, delivered everyday. We marinate your purchase at no extra cost. Try our Jalapeno parmesan halibut burger, it’s wickedly delicious!
• Meat Department that offers grass-fed beef, grass-fed lamb, antibiotics- free poultry, spicy handmade sausages, kabobs, satays, a nice choice of marinades, and packaged deli meats that are free of nitrates and nitrites.
• Wine and Cheese Department that will impress the most refined of  palates. One of the most respected cheese cases, we have hundreds of local and imported cheese to choose from. Be sure to ask about our sulphite-free wines when you come by. Besides our interesting, cool brews at the Beer Department, and specialty chocolates, we carry a wide selection of freshly made, local pastas, fresh pasta sauces, and antipasti. Don’t miss our robust variety of green teas, black teas and herbal teas! Many of which are available in bulk.
• Whole Body Department, featuring fantastic natural body care, supplements, natural make-up and other cosmetics. Lots of variety in hair care, kids bodycare and alternate medicines. Our products are never tested on animals.
• Prepared Foods Department with facilities for custom sandwiches and burritos, rotiserrie chicken, fresh, made-in-house everyday sushi, and lots of delicious and healthy soups, entrees, appetizers, a hot bar and cold salad bar that features organic vegetables, and whole grains.
• Bakery Department that boasts a ton of delectable, made-in-house and local delights, all made with natural ingredients and no hydrogenated oils. We’ve got the best bear claws in town!
• Grocery Department, recently remodeled with nice new shelving, carries a fantastic product mix, dozens of local products and healthy options. If you are looking for special dietary needs, we’ve got the best choices for you!
• Filtered water vending, the vending machine is located in our Whole Body Department.

If you cannot find items that you are looking for, we can place a special order for you. Please ask a team member for assistance. Our team members can also help with any special diets that you need to shop for. We carry gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, lactose-free and some sugar-free alternatives. Our grocery department has quite a few dairy alternatives like soy milk, rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk and hemp milk.
