Donation Applications
Whole Foods Market – Cherry Creek works diligently to support a broad range of community initiatives and to cultivate vibrant partnerships that change lives in large and small ways throughout Denver.
If you are a charitable organization and wish to request food, catering, reusable bags, gift cards, or our participation in your event, please download one of the three donation request forms below based on your needs.
Completed applications can be submitted in person at our customer service desk, or by email to Sharon Wilkinson. Due to the volume of requests we receive, requests are reviewed every 60 days and must be received at least 45 days prior to your event to be eligible for consideration. 5% Days:
Each quarter, our store hosts a Community Giving Day and donates 5% of our store’s net sales on a designated day to a 501(c)3 organization whose mission addresses one of the following categories:
- Environmental Preservation & Education
- Preventative Health Care & Education
- Hunger Relief
- Organic Farming/Sustainable Food Resources
- Children’s Education & Development
Customers support our selected organizations by planning their shopping trips to coincide with these days. Four recipients are chosen each year and are selected on a quarterly basis.
5% Day Application (PDF)
Small Change Adds Up – $.10/Bag for Schools:
Our Small Change Adds Up program tallies $.10 per reusable bag that customers bring to our store and donates it to neighborhood schools to fund environmental learning programs. Eligible schools must be located within 4 miles of our store and applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis.
