What Happens to our Waste?

REDUCE BY MINIMISING WASTAGE
We begin by keeping wastage to a minimum. Our teams revise their ordering & production daily to make sure that as little as possible is left over at the end of each day. And our chefs cherry pick the ripest fruit and vegetables for use in store each day.
RECYCLING
We ensure all of our waste is separated based on material; whether that be paper, plastic, compost etc. Once separated, all waste is collected by a local recycling firm who distribute the waste to the relevant recycling banks.
