Community Giving
Charitable Giving
At Whole Foods Market, we are active participants in our community. We are extremely proud of our community involvement and the relationships that we continue to make each month! We strive to make a difference.
One of our Core Values is caring about our community and our environment and here at Columbus Circle we do this in many ways. Firstly, we regularly donate food to organizations that serve New Yorkers in need including City Harvest and St. Paul’s Food Pantry. We also contribute in-kind donations to non-profit organizations in our surrounding community each month.
Click here if you are interested in applying for an in-kind donation from Whole Foods Market Columbus Circle. Please be advised that requests need to be submitted at least 2 months before your local event to be considered for sponsorship. Individuals, sponsorship funds, political events, nonprofits without current 501(c)(3) status, and events or organizations that fall outside of the Columbus Circle local area (which is defined as being above 42nd st. and below 77th st. river to river) are not eligible for donations.
Community 5% Days

Our Community 5% Days are one meaningful way we give back to our community. On four designated days throughout the year a total of 5% of the day’s net sales are donated to local non-profit organizations. Customers help support our selected organizations just by shopping on these 5% Days. Click here to download a 5% day Application. Once complete, you can submit via email to jennifer.honovic@wholefoods.com or drop it at the Customer Service Booth in-store.
